About Us

The Wagglas Foundation was founded by a group of lifelong friends from Port Antonio, Portland, Jamaica, who, together with their family, friends, and supporters, are dedicated to improving healthcare access in the parish we proudly call home.

While many of us have been blessed with opportunities to build successful lives, we remain committed to giving back to our community by promoting preventive healthcare, providing health education, and distributing essential medical supplies and resources to those in need.

Guided by the principle, “To whom much is given, much is required,” we strive to make a lasting and meaningful impact on the health and well-being of the people of Portland and the surrounding communities.

Our Mission and Progress

Since 2023, with the support of partners like ANew Mind Body Connect LLC, Salvation Army, Food for the Poor, The Lions Club, Sagicor Group, Portland Ministry of Health, the National Health Fund (NHF), and Courts Optical.
